NGC Counselors are available to assist families with resources and support, Monday through Friday, from 8am - 2pm. We are communicating through Skyward Family Access and email (for students, we are using their JISD student email). Please make sure you are checking these regularly for updates from your counseling office.

If a student submits a form after 4:00pm it will not be seen by a counselor until the following school day. If you or somebody you know are in a true crisis please contact the Family Crisis Center at or call 911.
